Graduation Planning Committees

Schedule of Events for the Class of 2010 

November 10, 2009 - First Parent Planning Meeting
Late January - Second Parent Meeting- with chairpersons of each committee, set for January 28th at 6:00 p.m.
January 28 - Cap and Gown Measurement at school
March 24 - Graduation Photos
March 5 - Graduation final information letter concerning fees sent home
April  21 - Deadline for all graduation fees and school fees to be paid in full Memory Book Deadline
May - Finalize details
June - Promotion and Graduation determined
June - Graduation Class Field Trip
June 14, 2010 - Class of 2010 Commencement - Beverly Arts Center, 4:30 p.m.

The graduation photos will be taken by Shepherd Photography. They will take photos in dress clothes and cap and gown shots. You will receive proofs from which to order from.

Graduation Planning Committees

January 21, 2010

Dear Class of 2010 Graduation Planning Committees,

There will be a meeting of the Committee Members on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at Sutherland School. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. Hopefully all of the committee chairpersons will be able to attend. If you cannot, please inform another committee member of your committee’s progress. At that time we will review the status of each committee, develop deadlines and offer assistance to the committees, if needed. The meeting should last no longer than an hour since that night is also the PTA’s eighth grade social.
