Meeting Minutes for September 13, 2011

Meeting convened at 4:40

Members in Attendance :Julie O’Connor, Catherine Gannon, Paul Faeh, Laurie
DelFavero, Dawn Craan, Laurie Ach, Melissa Boyd, Cheryl Kite, Debbie Barnum

Members Absent : John Griffin Jr., Kevin McGuire

The meeting minutes were read for the July 12, 2011 meeting, and the minutes were
approved unanimously.

The principal’s report was read, and monthly reports were provided.

Delegate Reports :

PPLC – are going to meet on October 6th

PTA – the meeting is later tonight

PR Committee – over 200 people came out to back to school night. It was very successful. They are meeting soon to set goals for this school year.

School Climate – are going to meet soon to set their meeting dates for the year.

There was no new or old business to report.

Public Comment:

A parent was wondering if Ms. Meyrer is going to be the new teacher for first grade.

The meeting adjourned at 5:00 pm

The next meeting is scheduled for October 11, 2011 at 4:30
