Sutherland Volunteer Sign-Up Form

Listed below are the PTA events and projects that require volunteers. Please consider where you can help with your time and talents. The committee chairs will contact their volunteers once the lists are compiled and distributed.

Please check the space to the left of the committees on which you are willing to assist and return this form to the school office. The committees with the asterisks need the most volunteers!

Committee - Volunteers Needed to:

*Book Fair - Assist in the sale of items at the book fair

Buildings and Grounds - Help maintain the gardens and improve campus

*Father/Daughter Dance - Help set up and run the Father/Daughter Dance

Box Tops- Help bundle box tops a couple times per year

*Holiday Gift Shop - Assist in sales during gift shop in early December

Hospitality - Organize refreshments for PTA meetings

*I Madonnari - Help run the Italian Street Painting Festival on September 20th

*Juvenile Protection - Help supervise crossing guards and patrol grounds on October 31

*Market Day - Help distribute ordered items once per month

Mother/Son Event - Help set up and run Mother/Son event

*Newsletter - Help compile information, assemble and distribute on Thursdays between 9-10am.

PTA Membership - Assist in selling PTA membership

*Parents' Night Out - Help set up and run silent auction and raffle baskets

*Innisbrook - Assist in distribution of purchased items in November

Stew Crew - Use time talent and treasures to assist with volunteerism

Teacher Appreciation - Assist with special events that honor teachers

Volunteer Appreciation - Help plan and send invitations to this fun end-of-the-year party
